Since some time now, there has been a lot of activation in Gate 25 in the G Center. This gate speaks of “the perfection of action through an uncontrived and spontaneous nature.” That uncontrived, spontaneous quality points to innocence—simply Being as a unique expression of Love in movement.

Today I’m leaving India after five months, and one of the things I’ve deeply appreciated here is how tangible that innocence still is. It lives close to the surface—in interactions, on people’s faces, in the ease of a smile, a gentle head shake or the chaos of codeless traffic.

Recently, Saturn moved through this gate, as did the Sun, while Neptune remains there for a while longer. This week, Mars joins as well. For me, this activation has brought subtle tones of melancholy and insignificance—an interesting space, because it seems to sit alongside a longing to be someone, to become something more defined or contrived. Yet the real beauty lies elsewhere: in dissolving into the vast ocean of Love from which we arise.

At the same time, it has awakened a quiet courage—the willingness to leap into the void, what Fritz Perls called the fertile void. There is an immense sense of freedom there, and a vast, almost limitless potential.

When Mars and Neptune meet in this space, astrologers often associate it with visionary courage, creative leadership, and spiritually guided action. Yet its shadow can manifest as misdirected impulses, chasing illusions, or acting without clear grounding. This is very much in line with how Human Design looks at this aspect of the Bodygraph.

It’s a great place when there is no-thing, “and no religion too,” as John Lennon sang.

So this week offers an invitation—to tap into that fertile emptiness. A space full of potential, where the more empty it seems, the fuller it becomes. That is the beauty of its paradox.

I’ve been spending the last five months at the Osho International Meditation Resort - a place that feels like home to me, and one I seem to return to during times of transformation when a need for quiet inner turning becomes stronger. The other night, I attended one of his discourse meditations, and listening to Osho often feels, to me, like listening to silence taking the form of words. As I sat there, I heard a phrase that landed straight in my heart: “This Earth, the Lotus Paradise.”

Something in me opened. The simplicity and beauty of those words felt like a remembrance. This earth we live on is so magical, so majestic, so profoundly alive -and like the lotus that rises untouched from muddy waters, there is in us too the potential to awaken into something pure and aware. Paradise is not somewhere else, but something that reveals itself when we are present enough to see.

As far as we understand, and as Human Design suggest, this human life offers a rare doorway - to become aware of ourselves as witnessing consciousness. Our bodies, our breath, this very moment… all of it is an invitation into that quiet, choiceless awareness. And when I touch that space, even briefly, I feel free, loving, in awe -deeply grateful to simply be here.

I don’t feel there is much to say about it. It is more like a soft remembering that comes and goes, especially in these times of intense upheaval when anxiety and uncertainty can easily take over. And yet, these moments, these words, gently bring me back—to what is essential. To the silent knowing that being here, on this earth, in this mysterious unfolding, is in itself a tremendous gift.

This week begins with the Sun still in the final line of the 25th Gate, bringing forward the Cross of Healing. Soon after, Neptune also moves into the last two lines of the 25th Gate, creating a powerful opportunity—and support from the universe—to take a deeper look at what prevents our actions from being spontaneous and uncontrived.

What keeps us from acting as a pure expression of the wisdom of Existence, distilled in Human Design as Strategy and Inner Authority?

At our core, we are all expressions of Love, yet we are often blind to this reality. Over time, we’ve developed many defense mechanisms. Through our identification with them, these defenses can hinder our natural spontaneity and innocence from coming forward.

This week offers a real opportunity to be in service to our bodies and our lives—by befriending them. It invites us to gently and lovingly observe, understand, and learn how to support ourselves in ways that are truly sustaining.

Additionally, Saturn conjuncts the Sun in the 17th Gate, highlighting the importance of understanding life’s patterns with care and compassion, so that we may become more deeply attuned to Existence.

So, always interesting to be in tune with the neutrino weather and use its frequency at service of life instead of the mind!

With Neptune and Saturn hovering over my incarnation Sun in Gate 25, a moment arose in recent days when I suddenly touched the melancholy of insignificance associated with this Gate. I experience it as a very deep psychological state that can easily pull me into strong identification. One of the deepest response mechanisms I notice in myself is an urge to disappear. In the past this feeling sometimes came together with self-destructive behavior or suicidal thoughts arising in my mind, but it seems those extremes no longer have the same grip on me.

From a psychotherapeutic perspective, I also notice how this melancholy seems reflected in the muscular armouring of my body around the chest, translating into a kind of caved-in sternum - what Wilhelm Reich described as schizoid or ocular armouring patterns. I experience it as a space that appears to touch upon very early layers of experience, perhaps even pre-verbal or intrauterine sensations of safety or the lack of it, of resonance or disconnection. When I bring awareness to this area, it has the capacity to shift my presence quickly from embodied witnessing into mental chatter, so staying present with it asks for a very gentle kind of awareness.

Embracing the courage to be vulnerable in the 51st Gate and to stay present when this melancholy hits hard is somehow highlighted in the Program these coming days, so I hope for some of you my experience resonates and lets you know you’re not alone but connected.

When I look at what is going on geopolitically, I feel disgust, fear, anger, sadness, despair. So much destruction, so much pain inflicted, so much unawareness of our interconnectedness.

One of the things I feel we can all do is stand up for the awareness of that interconnectedness.

My engagement with Human Design - and my deepest commitment to it as a kind of GPS for awareness - comes from a deep sense that it is a tool, among many valuable tools out there, that can remind us that we are one consciousness, one awareness, manifesting in a myriad of forms.

Human Design, at its heart, is about disappearing as an identification with a self-concept or self-image and allowing Existence to be.

We have developed sophisticated language and concepts to describe how consciousness manifests differently in each of us. At the same time, so much wisdom across traditions points to the same recognition: that we are the choiceless awareness witnessing it all.

We are living in urgent times - times that call for us to stand up for love, for the recognition that we are one awareness, deeply connected in that awareness. We can no longer hide behind the oblivion and materialist blindness that are bringing this planet to the brink of collective suicide.

At times we may feel powerless. The 47th Gate, in its abstract reflection on the human experience, can leave us asking: “What can we do?”

But there is something we can do.

We all have a voice. We can show our stance. We can remind ourselves and others of the possibility that lies beyond the collapse of the Cross of Planning - recalling the spirit of what Ra called the Return to Eden.

We can step forward and put roses in guns.

This has to stop. And if we stand up with a rose - as a symbol of our awareness of interconnectedness and of our right to explore it individually - then we are letting our voice be heard.

I no longer want to remain silent.

Enough.

I have a voice, and I want it to be heard - standing up for the Love that binds us all.

For the past four months, I’ve been living near the Osho Meditation Resort in Pune, India — a place I often return to in my life to resource, recalibrate, and immerse myself in a deeply meditative environment. During this time, I’ve also been creating an online course called Embodied Human Design, which I plan to launch in the coming months once the collaboration with the DJ, fellow artists, and the filming crew is complete. This course will be rich in meditation techniques and experiential dynamics designed to bring us back into direct contact with awareness — our true home.

Lately, I’ve found myself genuinely astonished at how little emphasis there is within many Human Design circles on awareness and meditation — especially when the entire system ultimately stands in service of what Ra called “Passenger Consciousness,” or choiceless witnessing awareness. There’s a common belief that Human Design is not about cultivating awareness, but simply about correct decision-making — that it’s more mechanical than contemplative. I believe this is a profound misunderstanding.

Human Design does teach that the mind is not the authority in our lives. But to truly live from that understanding, we must cultivate awareness and gradually disidentify from the mind’s constant commentary. Waiting to respond, honoring emotional timing, recognizing invitations, and observing how our energy moves in real-life situations isn’t genuinely possible unless we are able to witness the mind and loosen our entanglement with it.

This is the subtle catch-22 within Human Design: we cannot truly honor our Strategy and Inner Authority without disentangling from the mind — and yet we cannot fully disentangle from the mind unless we begin to trust the body. Awareness is the bridge.

Meditation — especially the active meditation techniques designed by Osho — can be tremendously supportive in cultivating this awareness and deepening our experiment with our design. That is why I am creating this course: to invite you into a lived, embodied exploration of Human Design, integrated with the methodology I outlined in my book Understanding Your Energetic Architecture – Human Design as Your Inner GPS for Awareness.

Embodied Human Design is truly an expression of my 25 years of lived experience with this system. For me, Human Design must go hand in hand with remembering that we are choiceless consciousness — or “not atomic,” as Ra used to say. Without that remembrance, the system risks becoming just another sophisticated mental game, rather than a doorway into awakening.

This week begins with a Solar Eclipse on the New Moon, with both the Sun and the Moon in the 30th Gate, fifth line, in detriment. Solar Eclipses point to powerful beginnings, revelations, endings, and accelerated change. This particular position brings forward a strong tendency toward anger and frustration — either because life brings up old feelings again or because it can seem as though “we never really get anywhere.”

When we observe how unaware and impatient many of our current world leaders appear to be when it comes to negotiation and the exchange of perspectives, there isn’t much good to be expected from a powerful transit such as this one. However, for all of us ordinary folk, it offers an important lesson in wisdom and acceptance: life is transitory and cyclical, and old sentiments and emotions return in each new cycle to reveal the depth of our awareness within them.

The big reminder for everyone is not to let your nervous system become overdriven — to breathe, to laugh, to cultivate a bit of black humor, to not take things too seriously, and to keep in mind that this Solar Eclipse may best be accompanied by the saying:

“Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater.”
