Finding delicious local cuisine in an unfamiliar place can be daunting. Sure, there are lists of restaurants with hundreds of reviews and plenty of articles outlining the best places to dine, but there’s always an abundance of choice. And how do you know which ones are authentic? After all, food is a gateway to the culture of a place, so you want restaurants to reflect that.
