He is the CEO of Advantage Foundry Network (AFN) which is a global CEO Network dedicated to finding opportunity in change. In this role, Matt enables the collective and diverse wisdom of AFN’s membership to help leaders deal with challenges, from dealing with their board to aligning their teams to driving their products into new markets.

He is also the Founder and Principal of Kinetic Path, offering executive coaching, leadership development programs, and analysis of team effectiveness. Matt has developed multiple tools to assess communication within leadership teams, guide leader prioritization, and optimize their meetings. He has effectively advised leaders from various industries and companies, including Technology, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Defense, Real Estate, Healthcare, and more.

Matt has been a student of optimizing performance through his experience as a senior leader at multiple organizations, including the McChrystal Group and other firms across the healthcare, technology, and professional services industries. Matt’s philosophy has been informed by working with top leaders in the industry, the military, and the public sector.
