  • In continuing Sayonara Baseball's series of speaking with those pursuing the highest levels of athleticism, Dr. Yvette Henry, joins the show to discuss competing in the World Indoor and Outdoor Masters track and field competitions. In over 120 competitions across more than 15 years from youth to Masters levels, Dr. Henry recently won a gold medal in the 60m event at the 2023 World Indoor Masters. Also, Dr. Henry shares about her own educational and professional pursuits in scientific and clinical research -- even how they have both provided a unique perspective into her athletics career.
