Most real estate team leaders struggle with profitability—not because they don’t make money, but because they don’t have the right system in place. In this episode, I share the Profit First approach that completely changed my business, making it more profitable almost instantly.
This method is simple, takes less than 15 minutes to set up, and forces you to operate within your actual margins—eliminating unnecessary expenses and ensuring you always take profit first.
I’ll walk you through:
✅ The exact steps to implement Profit First in your real estate business
✅ How this system helped me scale Onyx Homes
✅ Why most team leaders unknowingly waste thousands on unnecessary expenses
✅ How to set up auto-save so you always hit your profit margin goals

If you don't know who I am, here is a bit about my background. My name is Christian Stubbs and I own and operate my Team, OnyxHomes.com.
Here is how I got here:
June 2019 - started in the business
January 2020 - started my team
First 2.5 years of me selling I sold $50m in volume and made over $1m GCI.
In 2022 I stopped selling and started focusing on growing my team.
Since then, I've grown the Team to over 60+ Agents.
In the 4.5 years since we started our Team, we've sold 600 homes for over $500m in sales volume.
I made this channel to help others learn the very expensive lessons that I've learned so you can make more money in your real estate business. If you find this stuff helpful, share it with a friend.
See you in the next video,
