I couldn’t get over halfway through this. Mainly because of the flow of the reader. Half pauses between words, words drawn out as if the reader wasn’t reading actual text but coming up with the next word from memory. It sounded like the info might be somewhat useful (self care is a no brainer. Sure the facts about it make sense, but that doesn’t get me to turn off the flow of the numerous other things I need to get done that are never ending. How can I actually convince myself of importance, of hierarchy, of need, and not be completely overtaken with the importance of other things just by walking into a room and seeing an unfinished task?).

This isn’t a fully informed evaluation as I didn’t listen to the entire thing and I understand that.

The way it was read drove me crazy.
