I really liked this episode - it helped my processing of a familial no contact situation. I definitely went through the too-early phases Light outlines, went back for more info numerous times, and have gotten to the ease/natural stage of no contact. It’s def different with a family member versus a chosen partner, but many of the feelings and approaches are the same and resonated deeply.
