Since your book 5 Second Rule, I’ve implemented things in my life that I’ve never tried before. I downloaded Class Pass, finally. I started waking up and staying awake. The one thing I haven’t gotten down is reacting to my partner and our 6 year old son. Of which, he has been gifted a mixture of both Jimmie and I. We made a Tasmania Devil. I have porous boundaries, I am 4.5 years clean & sober again, after a 3 year relapse, a 2 year CPS fight to get my son home and starting from nothing. My life has gone full circle, I now with with CPS and changed careers from the Insurance Field to guiding families through their own case. I live with a narcissist. Your podcasts are changing the way I choose to wake up in the morning. I listen to you instead of listening to the Today show getting ready. I hope I can continue to implenting these new daily tools in my life so I can live a happier life 🙏 Thsnks Mel. So so much. I appreciate you more than you know! Oh and my best friend lives with me temporary who is going through a separation and got her listening to your podcasts too 😂
