Or wants to learn more about the skillsets needed to oversee the day-to-day operations of a large clinical department?  Then you'll want to tune into today's episode with Jonathan Modest, Senior Administrative Director at Mass General Hospital.  In this episode, we'll discuss Jonathan's experience with change and operations management, how he's tackling some of healthcare's biggest challenges, and the most important lessons he's learned in his career.  Jonathan Modest is an Adjunct Professor at BUSPH with a focus on Lean and change management. As Senior Administrative Director of the MGH Department of Urology, Jonathan oversees all aspects of MGH Urology, including department finances, operations, growth and strategic development, research and education for a high-volume specialty department across multiple clinic sites. His role affords him the opportunity to interact with leadership, professionals and organizations across MGH and MGB to support hospital and system-wide projects that drive improvements in the MGH Department of Urology and beyond.

Delightful interview with Jonathan Modest

I really appreciated Johnathan’s thoughts and approach to initiating and managing change for the purpose of improving and nurturing relationships throughout the journey.
