How about a Real Conversation?

So...we're going to try something a little bit different today. We are going to work through an exercise and discuss whatever it is that we discuss. It isn't preplanned other than we are going to do the exercise. This is one of the programs we use to help couples reconnect with each other and, as you will see, we use it ourselves to stay connected!
