Since its inception, his organization "The Gentlemen’s Factory" has become a critical space for connecting Black and Brown Gentlemen. Over the past 6 years, they have grown from a small group of men of color seeking to create a collaborative space for growth into a global platform for Black and Brown professionals and entrepreneurs that are invested in each other’s success.
