    Feb 24 2026

Ep 89 | If you’ve ever felt like your body is talking to you, but you’re not sure how to listen, this conversation offers a powerful reframe.

In this episode of Homes That Heal, Jen sits down with Dr. Wendy Henrichs for a deep, grounded conversation about chiropractic care, the nervous system, and how the body responds to physical, emotional, and environmental stress. This isn’t about chasing symptoms or quick fixes—it’s about understanding how the spine, nervous system, mindset, and lifestyle all work together to support healing.

Dr. Wendy shares why chiropractors aren’t just “back doctors,” how stress and stored emotion can show up as physical pain, and why creating safety for the nervous system is foundational for healing.
