  • Ep. 613 - Kreischer Mansion
    Nov 27 2025

A little known factory town was home to the Kreischer Mansion, which actually had a twin. There were two exact mirror-image homes that sat next to each in Staten Island, fittingly owned by brothers. Only one of them remains and it changed ownership many times over the years. There were deaths on the property and people took to calling this the murder house. It very well might be a real life haunted mansion. Join us as we explore the history and hauntings of the Kreischer Mansion. This Month in History features the birth of Hedy Lamarr and was written by Jim Featherstone.

  • Valley of the Kings Redux
    Nov 25 2025

Egypt is a land of ancient treasures and wonders. Pharaohs were honored in death with immense public monuments and tombs like pyramids, temples and obelisks. The Old Kingdom of Egypt built their places of death in Giza and the Nile Delta. The New Kingdom pharaohs of Egypt wanted to be buried closer to their dynastic roots and they had their crypts placed in the hills of Luxor. This area became known as the Valley of the Kings. The Valley of the Kings would end up housing the remains of at least sixty Egyptian nobles, including pharaohs from King Tut to Ramses II. There are more than tombs here though. There are tales of curses and hauntings in the Valley of the Kings.

  • TGIY Ep. 22 - Shiny People
    Nov 23 2025

Have you ever heard someone say of another person, particularly a child, "He had the face of an angel." It's an interesting description, but we all understand that it means something along the lines of beauty or innocence. There are stories in the Bible of people who literally seemed to have the face of an angel. What made these people shiny? And is it possible that seeing YHWH could kill someone?

Best podcast for haunted history

I listened to a couple episodes, and thought they were boring. I love history, but not the way these women tell it. Then I listened to the most recent (June 28, 2022) episode, and that settled it. They interviewed Mellanie of Veterans Paranormal. What an egotistical, self proclaiming expert she was. When you are a member of a field of study you don't cut down, ridicule, and bash other investigators. Everyone has their own investigation style, but Mellanie quite bluntly pointed out that anyone who believed in some of the top paranormal investigators are stupid. If you like to listen to people talk about how great they are, how smart they are, this is the podcast for you. Open minded paranormal enthusiasts, just pass this one by.

Egotistical, know it alls.
