On the weekends, you can find us active in our church, discovering new adventures, and probably trying to get our cat out of a tree.

Ministry doesn’t make us immune to struggle or weakness. In this episode, we talk honestly about what it feels like to lead, teach, and disciple others while still wrestling with anxiety ourselves. When the world treats weakness like failure, it’s easy for ministry leaders to feel hypocritical, exposed, or alone. But Scripture reminds us that God does not abandon us in our weakness—He meets us there.

Together we talk about where leaders can find help for themselves, how churches can walk faithfully with those struggling with anxiety, and practical ways to care for someone else in the battle against anxiety.
