Hiring an Editor

This week's question comes from Brenda, a student of mine. Brenda has a terrific narrative voice and is currently working on recording a few episodes of a new podcast before she formally launches it. Her question was posed from a position of practicality, she knows that the only part of the job that she has to do, is the writing and the acting, and that to spend time on tasks which someone else could be doing works against her ability to spend as much time as possible on the things she has to do.
