And that is not all. We have Saturn entering Aries for the first time since 1996, a Saturn/Neptune conjunction at the 0 Aries Point – the start of the zodiac – and has never happened in recorded history. And there is an eclipse too.

To add to the mix of energies in February, Mercury will be going retrograde in Pisces to establish yet another Alpha Omega Portal. It’s going to be month to remember. You heard it here first.

February is a 3 month – the number of creativity. February is the 2nd month (2) and 2026 is a 1 year, 2 + 1 = 3. 3 represents creativity, communication, first stage expansion – beyond limitation, and a new level of awareness. So if you are feeling creative, do something about it. Take an art or a dance class, take up photography, make something, cook, bake, or explore new places.

February will feel like the real beginning of 2026. And if 2025 was a limiting year for you, then 2026 will be expansive – at least it has the potential to be. How and if that happens is up to you. And if you didn’t feel it in January, don’t worry, that is not what the rest of the year will be like. January was still holding dense energy from 2025 and with a heavy Capricorn signature, it was not going to be a very fun month.

https://enlighteninglife.com/january-2025-energy-report/Happy New Year! What a big shift moving into 2026 has been. It was a little hard for me to adjust to this lighter, more powerful energy. Was it for you too? I usually have the January Energy Report and the new year predictions ready to post on January 1 but not this year. I am finally re-grounding from celebration mode because I am so relieved and happy that 2025 is over. And I know I am not alone.

We are in a new energy cycle and January is the first month so that sets us on a new trajectory. Avoid thinking too much about all the things you do not want to do in 2026, all of the challenges you overcame, and all of the trauma of 2025. 2026 is not like 2025 or any year before it. It’s a new paradigm that is a fresh start so gear up, lights up, and wings out.

If you are feeling a little overwhelmed by what happened in 2025, it’s to be expected. It was a year of reckoning that lived up to its ‘9’ symbology – closure and endings. We learned a lot in 2025, about who people really are, who was our friend and who was not, how we cannot turn relatives into ‘family’, how our assumptions of behavior because of ‘labels’ can create a lot of chaos, and that we had to make choices for our own benefit, without considering what others wanted or needed.
