Joe is the founder and CEO of Spartan Race, an endurance event helping millions of people get fit and overcome life's obstacles. When Joe was younger, he was forced to be on his own and learned to embrace adversity and use it to propel him towards success.

Before the age of 1 Michael was diagnosed with cancer and given a 4% chance of living. Through years of treatment and hardship, Michael was able to find the hope that enabled him to beat his cancer and has had to hold on to that hope to continue to overcome other physical challenges.

Nicholas Hinrichsen got his MBA at Stanford in 2013 and started a used car selling platform after graduating. Nicky and his co-founder Chris Coleman went through the startup accelerator YCombinator in 2014 before raising $10M in venture capital and selling the business to Carvana in 2017. After three years at Carvana, the two founders left to start their next company: WithClutch.com is a digital platform for auto loan refinancing. Car owners can lower their monthly payments and save thousands of dollars in less than two minutes.
