On this episode of HeroTalk (the mostly weekly podcast from Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air) Kat and David do a speed run of why it's important for creatives, entrepreneurs, and literally anyone who wants to upgrade their creativity and productivity to literally go touch grass.
Walking outside, preferably in nature, increases your creativity by 60%, more than sitting outside or walking inside on a treadmill. Sitting inside does NOTHING to increase it.
So go for a walk.
