Heresy in the Church

Ordained minister, Dr. Dennis Hall, focuses on the things that has caused the American Christian churches to drift in a disturbing direction. He points out that as American Christian churches began to build sprawling campuses to attract the growing suburbanites, and with mega churches adopting strategies to remove any and all barriers that would discourage someone from attending to the prosperity gospel churches were avoiding the hard truths of, sin, sacrifice, and repentance and producing a generation of Christians unprepared to persevere in a culture increasingly hostile to biblical truth. Dr. Hall then focuses on the heresies that plague contemporary Christian churches. He makes the point that the modern-day Christian churches have been pushed to the side of the public square but that it does not need rebranding – it needs rediscovery.
