Episode #1: Identifying Postpartum Depression and Cultivating Joy through It!

In this inaugural episode that I have sat with for months on months, I share about how I discovered I had postpartum depression. God’s faithfulness in connecting me to the right people who could illuminate the issue was necessary to begin recovering.

We take a little journey down memory lane as I revisit my childhood to discover how some of those activities then help me now.

I talk about WHY I created Her Sunday Bloom and how building the community has tangibly helped me.

Lastly, I shared about unlearning the lies of perfection. I am unlearning perfection because when I went back months later to listen to the recording, I kept thinking “I could’ve said that differently.” However, I am thankful to release this episode in its rawest form.
