    This episode feels really special to me because I get to share a conversation with someone who’s not just a guest but a friend of mine from back in my college days, Esther Wruck.Esther is just one of those people who is so easy to listen to. She’s gentle, she’s honest, and the way she talks about hard things is just really practical and helpful. I’ve learned a lot from her just by being her friend.In this episode, she opens up about what it was like to find out her daughter has Down syndrome and the unexpected beauty that’s come through it. She also shares about her experience with hormonal depression, something I think so many people can relate to, even if it’s not often talked about out loud.Something I really admire about Esther is the way she was raised, you can just hear it in who she is. I also love how much she loves her church and how her faith really shows up in the way she lives her life and walks through both the good and the hard.She’s just a really sweet friend, and I’m so grateful she said yes to having this conversation.So I hope you’ll just settle in and listen.
