On today’s Hello Houston, in the wake of the U.S. military operation in Venezuela, Ernie, Frank, and Celeste talk with Rice University’s Dr. Richard Stoll, who breaks down the recent developments and how this situation impacts Houston.

Then, we’re joined by Bill King, a fellow at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy, who discusses his new book, Depopulation: Our New Demographic Reality, which is about how shifting population changes will reshape our world.

In the second hour of the show, we continue our coverage of the U.S. military operation in Venezuela with University of Houston energy fellow Ed Hirs, who shares his thoughts on President Trump wanting to bring in American oil companies to fix the country’s oil infrastructure.
