Welcome back to another episode of the podcast. We didn't have much to say for our January podcast since I was trying to figure out what I wanted to accomplish. This episode means a lot to me because it is the story of my first heartbreak, how it changed my life, and the lesson I learned in the last 5 years since that breakup. This is also the story of how I finally let go and forgave myself for the breakup. I know we are both in better places and I do wish her the best in her life. So please enjoy this personal episode that I rarely talk about.
