Hey everyone! Sorry we have been gone for a while, but this episode we have Nessa back on opening up about her breakup that we touched on last episode and her healing journey back to finding and loving herself again. She didn't realize until after the break up that she was in an emotionally and psychologically abusive relationship and went down a long journey to get back to herself.
