Welcome back loves! Today we’re speaking on healing and overcoming trauma and triggers. We have all had a distressing event take place in our lives. Sometimes we don’t really get over this and it affects how we live and our emotions. Today we speak on how we can handle these traumas and eventually get to a point we’re in control.
