Healing Process -- Old Patterns Broken

In this episode, I discuss how I have broken old patterns of toxic behaviors.  I am celebrating myself as I continue to heal and break the cycles of my past.  I truly believe through my healing process I am breaking generational patterns that have robbed the women in my family of true happiness.
