Trigger warning!...or as today's guest speaker says ''minefield'' alert! If at any moment in time you need to pause, do take advantage of the pause button, and remember to keep breathing, sister, because I forgot, lol. It takes courage to seek professional help, so if you need it take courage and seek it!
There's a lot of hype online about narcissism, and thus it's a term that can be overused and misused due to someone's inappropriate behaviour within a relationship and or within a marriage.
So what is misbehaviour versus a narcissistic behaviour?
What does love bombing look like on the receiving end?
And should the person blame themselves and deserve to be shamed for choosing a life partner that results in an abusive relationship?
Is the person a victim or otherwise?

How can the person be supported?
And above all, is healing possible and what things are noteworthy of thinking about when seeking professional help when taking the courageous decision to climb out of the rut, and embark on a life changing and transformational healing journey?
In this episode, my guest speaker sister - Kaleema Overton Ameen author of 'Hidden in Plain Sight - Are You Being Groomed For Love-Bombing, Spirit-Breaking and Abandonment', and I navigate through the above questions and get insight on an Arabic phrase that she feel gives her power, confidence and more.
