    1- According to my current, unspoken rules, how do I know I’m “successful”?Write the real rules you’ve been living by (for example: “When no one is mad at me,” “When I hit the numbers,” “When I don’t need help,” “When I’m always productive,” etc.


    2- What has this old definition of success cost me? Describe the impact on your body, emotions, relationships, time, health, and overall sense of self (sleep, joy, connection, presence, energy, etc.


    3- If my Authentic Self wrote the definition of success, what would it include? Let your deeper self answer honestly.


    4- What is one small internal metric I can begin tracking each day, starting now? Choose a simple daily question like: “Did I tell myself the truth today?

    3 Tiny Habits To Heal The Void (The High Achiever’s Curse: Part 7)


    You don't heal a lifetime of self-abandonment with one big breakthrough. You heal it in seconds.


    Welcome to Part 7 of "The High Achiever’s Curse: Healing The Void." We are done with the theory. Now, we put it into practice.


    In this lesson, I teach you the "Second Hand" Strategy—how to use tiny, 60-second micro-habits to rewire your nervous system without overwhelming your busy schedule. You will learn exactly how to stop "living from the neck up" and finally reconnect with your body.


    IN THIS EPISODE:


    1- The 60-Second Check-In: How to get back into your body before you burn out.


    2- The "Micro-No": A safe way to start setting boundaries (without the guilt).


    3- The Void Visit: The scary (but necessary) practice of sitting with your emptiness for just 5 seconds.

    This week is about action. Grab your journal and track your "Experiments" daily:


    1- Today, when I checked in with myself, what was I actually feeling and what did I actually need?Write down the emotions you noticed and the needs that came up during your 60-Second Check-In (or when you paused to notice yourself at any point in the day).


    2- What was one Micro “No” I either said or wish I had said today?

    If you did say a Micro “No”: What was the situation, what did you say, and how did your body and mind react?

    If you didn’t: Where did you abandon what you wanted or needed, and what might a Micro “No” have sounded like?


    3- Did I visit the Void today? If so, what did I notice? If not, what did I do instead? Describe what happened when you gave yourself a couple of minutes to simply sit with your emptiness or numbness (sensations, thoughts, emotions). If you avoided it, be honest about the distractions you chose and how that felt.

    In this lesson, I explain why Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is often just a sophisticated "survival mask" that keeps you empty—and why Emotional Authenticity is the only way to act

    To move from performance to authenticity, you must slow down. Grab your journal and apply the "4-Step Framework" to one area of your life where you feel the Void:


    1- In one area of my life where I feel the Void the most, what am I actually feeling right now?Choose one area (work, relationship, parenting, body, finances, friendships) and name your real feelings, not what you “should” feel.


    2-What rule or story do I hear in my head about that feeling?Write the rule as clearly as possible (for example: “If I slow down, I’ll be rejected,” “If I’m not successful, I’m nothing,” “If I set a boundary, I’m selfish,” etc.).


    3-Is this rule actually true in my life now, or is it an old survival rule from my childhood?Be honest about where this rule came from, and whether it’s automatically true in your current adult life—or if your body is reliving an old situation.


    4-What is one tiny action I can take today or this week that honors what I feel instead of abandoning it?Pick something small and doable: a delayed response, an honest statement, asking for help, allowing yourself a brief rest, or expressing an emotion s
