    Tim is an experienced and engaging, high energy trainer who uses his substantial “real world” business experience to deliver practical, useable skills that stick. He started his career within local government before joining a brand-new division of a major Japanese manufacturer to help them implement a customer service strategy for the UK. This grounding in business lead Tim into various leadership roles within the customer service and customer contact centre environments. He spent the next 8 years with a prestige automotive manufacturer, responsible for the training and skills needs of over 10,000 employees. After completing a large-scale corporate culture change programme, Tim left the corporate environment and spent 3 years as board director with a well-established SME in the conferencing and events industry.
