  • Amanda Deibert has written for a host of top-tier comic books, like Darkwing Duck, Red Sonjia, The Batman & Scooby-Doo Mysteries, and DC Super Hero Girls. She's also the author of the Racket & Groot Grapx book series, and an extremely insightful writer's journal titled "You Already Have the Answers". In recent months, Amanda has been taking her writing gifts to support a Comic Book Creator's Club, with the students at her local elementary school. In this episode of Hungry Trilobyte, she and I discuss how the program is set up, what benefits it brings to the kids, and how this idea could translate into other schools elsewhere. Amanda previously appeared in Episodes 32 and 77 of Hungry Trilobyte. This episode features an invitation to participate in Trek Rough Cuts, an online telethon to raise money for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
