In this episode I speak to Holly Wooten about her 2025 Dragon's Back win!

Holly not only won the women's race by over 10 hours, setting a new CR in the process.....she was also 2nd overall to winner David Parish.
This was'nt just a coincidence, Holly was 💯 targeting the overall win for this years race, firmly believing that she could take the win and show that the Dragon shows no discrimination when it comes to being slayed!

Holly talks openly about her training leading up to this years race and how tactics played a major part of her win last week in Wales.
Holly also speaks about her superhero origin story that includes many years of team sports and chasing a 5K and 10K PB on the roads.
She also speaks about taking a chance on herself to give running everything she's got. A chance that has certainly paid off it seems!
