Salli made history recently by becoming the first African American woman to be nominated for an Emmy for Directing on the HBO show "Winning Time". As Producer on "Winning time" and "The Gilded Age" on HBO, Salli Richardson-Whitfield has a unique position in the entertainment business and talks about why she doesn't take that responsibility lightly.
