Galatians 4:1 (KJV)
Now I say that the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all.
In days of old, noble kings and illustrious dynasties established inheritances for their offspring, ensuring the continuation of their wealth and legacy. Those with the right to inherit but yet to assume it were called heirs apparent. Sadly, many Christians live their entire lives without claiming their full godly inheritance. Why? Because they struggle to let go of worldly pleasures and surrender to God.
Throughout history, heirs apparent were often people in their infancy, which is why the Bible describes those bound by fleshly desires as children! As long as you cling to the fleeting pleasures of this world, you’ll live as a child, beneath your divine privileges. True maturity begins when you embrace your full inheritance in Christ!
PROPHETIC DECLARATION
The inheritance Christ bequeathed to me is more valuable than wealth or fame. God has set me up for success! I reject the world and take my place among the extraordinary. Lack does not know my address, in Jesus’ mighty Name!
