In this episode we meet Yasmeen, a lady from rural Switzerland who has spent more than twenty years in Africa.
You’ll hear what happened to bold African evangelists who were forced to dig their own grave for preaching in a certain village, the beginnings of a movement to Christ in Darfur (in the midst of years of horrific violence and civil war), the hiding and smuggling of bibles in peanut sacks, and Yasmeen’s husband regularly being interrogated by the police.
This is a powerful story of incarnational love, of an unlikely friendship, of Muslims finding the truth about Jesus, of hope for hopeless refugees in Sudan.
If you're in the uk, we would love to see you at our annual conference day, which is happening on Saturday 8th of November in Buckinghamshire. It's a great chance to connect with us, meet workers, hear their stories, and get equipped to reach out to your Muslim neighbours and friends.
