In this episode, we sit down with Nicole Fladger, a social worker and fashion enthusiast, to discuss her journey in college as an older student. Starting at the age of 25 yrs old, Nicole had experienced academic hardships which lead her to be falsely put into special education and later transferred to a nearby continuation school to finish high school. After high school, Nicole decided to change the way she saw education in her life and as a result acquired many trades and diplomas before obtain her bachelors degree as a social worker.
