‘Make mistakes with confidence’ - Thanks for the advice Mr Six. Too often we let ourselves fall into self-doubt and the fear of failure from really taking that leap of faith. All I have to say is ‘Guam’ on you got this! Yes, we’re sitting down with Podcaster/ Aircraft Quality Inspector, Mr Six for some military mental toughness this week. Serving in the military for 15 years in aircraft maintenance, he sure has some useful tools in the shed to tweak them limiting beliefs. Let’s talk purpose, let’s talk about leadership.
