After Dalia met a man by the name of Mike Dippolito online they spent some together and before you know it he was divorcing his wife. Mike married Dalia the week his divorced finalized. The two were happily married but after six months a horrible tragedy happened to Mike while Dalia was at the gym. Dalia learned her husband had been killed but by who and why?

  • Episode 87: The Murder of Alan Helmick

    Alan Clarke Helmick was born August 27th, 1945 in Delta, Colorado. He attended school in Delta graduating from Delta High School in 1963. While in High School Alan met a woman by the name of Sharon Leonard and the two became high school sweethearts. After High School he went on to graduate from Adams State College with a degree in physics. Alan and Sharon ended up getting married and the two over many years had four children together. Alan even created his own company, Helmick Mortgage Corporation and become very successful. Unfortunately, Sharon passed away New Year’s Eve 2003 leaving Alan alone and severely depressed. He picks up dancing as a hobby where he meets Miriam Giles however, that relationship would end in his murder.

In the winter of 2009, Emile Cilliers walked into her place of work and soon after the two were married and they had two children of their own. However, Emile started putting the family into a lot of debt and for him there was only one way for him to get out of his financial situation.

  • Episode 85: The Murder of Jessica Chambers

    Jessica Lane Chambers was born to Ben Allen Chambers Sr. and Lisa Lynn Daugherty on February 2nd, 1995 in Clarksdale, Mississippi. Jessica was their second child as they already had a son named Ben Jr. The two divorced and Jessica's father spent some time in prison and eventually was released starting a new life as a mechanic. However, her relationship with her mother was troubled so she moved in with her father creating a better relationship between Jessica and her mother. On occasion she would stay at her mother's house as she did on December 6th, 2014. Jessica took a nap at her mother's house and after waking up to a phone call and a short conversation she told her mother she was getting gas which would have taken her 10-15 minutes and that she would be back, but hours passed with no sign of Jessica until a couple calls 911 due a car fire and everything changes.

  • Episode 84: The Cleveland Torso Murderer

    An unidentified serial killer who was active in Cleveland, Ohio, in the 1930s was known to have murdered anywhere from between thirteen to twenty plus victims. A woman dubbed the "Lady of the Lake" could be included and would be the first victim to the person(s) that was known as the Mad Butcher of Kingsbury Run or the Cleveland Torso Murderer. Kingsbury Run is a prehistoric riverbed running from The Flats to about East 90th Street. Kingsbury Run was a dark and dangerous place in the 1930s and unfortunately the murderer has never been caught.

  • Episode 83: Elizabeth Short "Black Dahlia"

    Elizabeth Short was one of five girls born to Cleo Alvin Short Jr. and Phoebe May Sawyer on July 29th, 1924 in Hyde Park, Massachusetts. At the age of 15, Elizabeth she was suffering from bronchitis and severe asthma attacks, so she had to undergo surgery. After the successful surgery the doctors did recommend that she relocate to a milder climate in order to prevent any further respiratory problems. For the rest of her life, she lived in different state such as Florida, Massachusetts, and California. In 1947, after a short trip to San Diego, she made her way back to Los Angeles getting dropped off at the Biltmore Hotel never to be seen alive again. Elizabeth Short is dubbed the Black Dahlia, and her case has been unsolved for more than 75 years.

    Amber Hagerman received a new pink bike for Christmas in 1995 and was ecstatic to ride it. On January 13th, 1996 Donna took her 9-year-old daughter Amber and 5-year-old son Ricky to their grandmother’s house so they could ride their bikes around the neighborhood. Amber and her brother took off down the street telling their mother they wouldn’t go too far however Amber did not listen to her mother’s instructions and went to the corner store while her brother turned around without his sister. Ricky headed back alone not knowing it would be the last time he would see his sister alive.

  • Episode 81: Ellen Greenberg

    Josh and Sandee Greenberg gave birth to their one and only child a daughter they named Ellen Rae Greenberg on June 23rd, 1983. It wasn’t until 9 years later in 1994 that the family of three decided to move to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania where Ellen later attended Susquehanna Township middle school. After graduating high school, she attended Penn State graduating with a major in communications later realizing that was not the path for her, so she decided to attend Temple University in order to earn her teaching credentials. She later obtained a job teaching the first grade at Juniata Park Academy located in Philadelphia. By January of 2011, she was loving being a teacher and was even engaged to be married that same year although, that day would never come for Ellen.
