Wrapping up the series on Growing Up With a Narcissist. I finish up talking about traits of a narcissist that stood out to me in my own journey and I touch a little bit about traits that I have developed during my childhood that lead into adulthood that are from growing up or around a narcissist. I speak about certain things my therapist has helped me with regarding some of those traits and how I am fighting to break generational trauma.
