Grow Where You're Rooted

We’ve all heard the saying, “Nothing grows in the comfortzone.”

Admittedly, it’s catchy. And, it’s everywhere. But is it really true?In my opinion, it’s a little misleading.

If you’re constantly white-knuckling your way toward "growth," you're probably feeling more stressed out than inspired.

Your comfort zone is not a trap, it's your foundation... a place where safety and self-connection and inner wisdom live.

Don't fight your comfort zone. Expand it and bloom through it.
