In today’s grounding exercise, we’re building your inner paradise—your own sanctuary of calm and centeredness. This space will become your go-to place when life gets chaotic, helping you find peace in the storm.
We’ll explore the idea of “paradise” through the Persian word, meaning “enclosed park,” as we learn how to create boundaries that protect our inner peace. By anchoring yourself in this mental paradise, you can lead your life from a place of strength, not chaos.
We’ll also introduce Kapalabhati (Fire Breath) 🔥—a powerful breathing technique to ignite your inner fire and remind you that you have control over your energy.
