    PPPD (AKA: persistent postural perceptual dizziness) is a chronic form of dizziness which is very manageable. But everyone wants to know “is there a cure for PPPD?” To get to that answer, we’ve got to go all the way back to the beginning to uncover why PPPD is happening in the first place. Because PPPD is always caused by another underlying diagnosis. It’s both under and overly diagnosed—and this episode is built to be a resource for you. So you can finally feel empowered to understand what’s going on and what to do about it next.   • 110. Pilates as Exercise for Vestibular Migraine w/ Candy Price

    Feeling safe in movements and exercises (like pilates or yoga) can seem like a tall order when you have vestibular migraine or dizziness. But it’s not hopeless! Many people think that group is just about strength training or doing super intense workouts that they could “never do,” but that’s not the case.
