    A few years ago, Ella (22) was bereaved of her best friend and Amy (20) of her mum. In this episode, they reflect on their grief journeys and how they have changed from the first year of survival mode to now being able to look to the future. The conversation covers how their relationships with family and friends have changed, ways they honour their person in day to day life, and coming to terms with moving forward while still grieving.

    Miranda (19), whose dad died when she was 17, talks to her former teacher, Emily, about the grief support she received at school. The conversation covers how to tell the school and teachers, the importance of being as flexible as possible with schoolwork, and the impact of having a safe space and someone to talk to. Emily shares her perspective as a teacher building trust with a bereaved student and how hard it can be to know where to start.
