Gratitude is So Valuable and it Costs you Nothing!

Showing gratitude, sincere gratitude encourages more of what you're grateful for to happen more. For instance when your sweetie cooks for you, say how grateful you are. Say how wonderful it is that they cook for you. I love it when my husband cooks for me, especially since he cooks far better than I do.

When he opens the car door for me, or when he watches chick flicks with me. It's important to me that he knows that I appreciate him and all he does for me. I'm certain that if I ignored the little things he does for me that those things would become less and less part of my world.

Speak your Gratitude for everything...even if it sounds monotonous.
