Our world is facing a mental health crisis. One in four people will be affected by mental illness in their lives, with 450 million people around the world currently suffering from a condition. Two-thirds of these people will never seek the help they need, and in over 50% of the world’s countries, there is only one psychiatrist per 100,000 people.  Increasingly, it’s become clear that on top of critical clinical treatments like therapy and medication, we need a revolution in the way we live to better support our mental well-being.
