  • What If Your Definition Of Winning Is Too Small | Season 10 | Bonus Episode (Easter)
    Apr 7 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Join us this week for a special Easter bonus episode as we celebrate the message of Jesus, featuring a powerful sermon from our special guest, Elder Donald Goodwin.

Death, grief, and disappointment have a way of shrinking our world until “winning” looks like survival. We push back on that with a bold sermon title and an even bolder claim: because Jesus Christ is risen, you can refuse to lose. Starting in 1 Corinthians 15, we walk through why the resurrection is not a side belief but the foundation of Christian faith, why preaching has meaning, and why hope doesn’t collapse when life hurts.

We also confront the noisy definition of success that says winners are only the rich, famous, or powerful. Real victory is bigger than a paycheck, a car, or a house. We talk about faith as the truest measure of winning, the seed analogy makes it plain: what looks dead can rise because the Creator holds authority over death itself. That’s not motivational talk; it’s gospel reality with consequences for how we live today.

From there, we bring it home with practical encouragement for perseverance: constant prayer, staying focused on what God has planned, and refusing to quit when you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired.

If this message strengthens you, subscribe, share it with someone who needs hope, leave a review, and tell us: where do you need the courage to refuse to lose right now?

  • Reset Your Focus, Renew Your Faith (getting back to what matters) | Season 10 Ep 3
    Mar 20 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Your focus can drift in seconds, especially when life feels unfair and God’s answers feel heavy. We sit with Habakkuk 1:12–17 as Habakkuk brings his second complaint straight to God and asks the questions many of us are afraid to say out loud: Why would a holy God allow wicked people to win? Why use an evil empire like Babylon to discipline God’s own people?

We talk honestly about what it means to keep the lines of communication open with God when you’re disappointed. Habakkuk models something powerful: he understands what God says, still struggles with it, and still returns to pray. Along the way, we ground ourselves in core Bible basics about who God is. God is not the universe, not nature, and not an idol you can move around. He is the living Creator, sovereign over history, and worthy of trust even when the situation hurts.

If your mind has been pulled by fear, outrage, or what you’ve “seen” online, this is a reset back to what we know about God’s character and our identity as his children. Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs their focus restored, and leave a review letting us know what steals your focus the fastest.

  • When God Finally Answers (and what the waiting was doing in you) | Season 10 Ep 2
    Mar 2 2026

    Send a text

What if God’s answer to injustice isn’t what we expect—but exactly what we need? We pick up Habakkuk’s cliffhanger and step into a bold, unsettling message: God is at work in our day, even through forces that seem unstoppable. Reading Habakkuk 1:5–11, we trace how the rise of Babylon exposes the gap between our sense of fairness and God’s standard of justice, and why sovereignty never excuses evil but always sets its limits.

We walk through the shock of “I am raising up the Babylonians,” unpack what it means for God to use imperfect instruments, and follow the thread that runs through Scripture: God alone is judge, every deed meets his review, and pride always falls. The empire’s speed and swagger look invincible, yet the text ends with a whisper that roars—then they vanish like the wind. That turn invites us to live differently: to examine fruit over appearances, to choose humility over hype, and to anchor hope where politics and power cannot reach.

Along the way, we connect Habakkuk’s world to ours—headlines, hard seasons, and the long wait for answers—and find practical footing for faith. Trust does not ignore pain; it remembers God’s character when plans stay hidden. If he can raise up, he can also bring down. If he permits a season, he also draws the boundary. Aligning with the lowly places us near the heart of Christ, where justice, mercy, and courage grow. Listen now, subscribe, and share this episode with someone who needs a steadier view of power and a stronger hope for tomorrow. And if this encouraged you, leave a review and tell us what verse you’re holding onto this week.
