Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat.

Imagine being sent on a mission with two options: the easy road that ends in death, or the hard road that leads to life. Every churchgoer would choose the second option. Who wants to lose their life, right? Yet, it’s not so.

Some Christians find themselves on the “easy” road of worldliness, one paved with bright lights, catchy music, fun relationships, and everything life’s “perfect highway” seems to offer. But is it really perfect?

Brethren, the devil can’t make Hell beautiful, so he beautifies the road that leads there. Beware of the false and temporary allure of what the world has to offer. Make this the year you never divert from the strait gate that leads to eternal life.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I prophesy that my life shall never be lost on the broad way. In this Year of Strange Oil, my eyes are open even more to the enemy’s trickery. The devil came too late; I can never be distracted!

And God confirmed the message by giving signs and wonders and various miracles and gifts of the Holy Spirit whenever he chose.


It’s unfortunate that some Bible-quoting individuals claim miracles no longer exist, but such opinions are both twisted and uninformed. Some of us live, breathe, see, and experience the miraculous daily. To believe in God is to believe in the supernatural. If you don’t believe in miracles, you don’t believe in God!

A miracle is God’s supernatural intervention in the affairs of men. God, being Spirit, lives in the realm of the spirit. When He answers prayer from that invisible realm into the visible, that’s a miracle.

In this Year of Strange Oil, God desires to elevate the miraculous in your life. We're in a season of unprecedented, unique exploits. Start acting on the Word and building your faith until the supernatural becomes natural in your life.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I speak an avalanche of miracles in my life right now by the power vested in me by the Holy Ghost! Anything that’s amiss, manifest now at the sound of my voice in Jesus’ Name!

Studies show that feelings of loneliness and depression are felt most in the last month of the year! Psychologists have found that seasonal changes can directly impact the mental well-being of millions worldwide, a condition known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D.). As a child of God, you cannot allow anything in this world to dictate your happiness and joy in the Lord!

Loneliness or friendlessness are for those who don’t know of the gift that was freely given to them the moment they received Christ. You have a Friend in the Holy Spirit; He’s our Comforter and Standby. God’s given you the best guide for life’s harsh terrain, not just a Friend, but One who strengthens you in times of need.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I can never be alone! I have a Friend in the Holy Spirit. He comforts me when I'm in need. Nothing can, by any means, leave me helpless! Amen.
