Occupational Therapy Assistant Tracey Mello is this year’s recipient of the Dr. Frank A. Gagliardi award, which is named in honor of League School’s long time Executive Director. It is given to a staff member who holds the same commitment and dedication to the school’s mission as Dr. Gagliardi did.

During her more than 12 years at League School, Tracey's continued flexibility and support have been appreciated by every member of the Pathfinders team. She provides OT services to students in the Pathfinders program, focusing on emotional regulation, sensory processing, executive functioning, and fine and visual motor/ADL skills.

Kristine Biagiotti-Bridges is a parent of an autistic son. She helped create the Dell Technologies True Ability Employee Resource Group and Neurodiversity Hiring Program, and has assisted League School with a recently-launched Neurodiversity Employment Incubator Partnership. League School Board of Ambassadors member Sammi Robertson is a parent of an autistic child and the founder of Bailey's Team, a local non-profit supporting organizations that fund research and provide training, resources, services and aid to individuals living with autism spectrum disorders and their families.
