Acerca de esta escucha

Step onto the shores of a heavenly beach, where the world slows to a tranquil cadence. Golden rays of the setting sun drape the horizon.

The beach is kissed by both the sky and sea, its sands a canvas for nature's finest artwork. Seabirds glide in graceful arcs overhead, dipping into the horizon like notes in an eternal melody.

The ocean sings in the gentlest of voices. Calming ocean waves roll in with a serenade, an ancient ballad born from a thousand tides. The salty breeze carries secrets of distant adventures, mingling with the earthy fragrance of a nearby fire.

In this sanctuary, safety is not a notion, but an embrace. You feel utterly protected and calm.

The fire, with its rhythmic crackling, stands as a steadfast guardian, casting dancing shadows that play along the sands. It fills you not just with warmth, but a sense of belonging and protection.

The lullaby of waves and the relaxing music carry you away. This, in turn, unlocks the door to a world of deep sleep, a sanctuary where the mind finds relief, harmony and inner peace.

In meditation, it leads you to that tranquil center, a space where thoughts become whispers and the present moment is all that exists.

For focus, it washes away the distractions, leaving a canvas for concentration and productivity.

I discovered this podcast after burning out from listening to hundreds of audiobooks during 2023. I just needed a break. I began listening to this podcast and realized hours had gone by. It was relaxing regardless if I was working, talking to someone, in a meeting, sleeping or preparing to sleep. I only know when the tracks switch because some of them have ads to support the podcast. Honestly, they need to support themselves somehow and I hope they keep updating the ads if they become irrelevant.

Nice to listen to while working/sleeping/relaxing
