On the podcast this time, Steven and Sean are dodging Godzilla blasts left and right over here. We watched the 2023 film from Takashi Yamazaki, Godzilla Minus One.
Don’t you hate it when you’re just trying to build a life for your found family and a giant, mutant lizard monster destroys everything you know and love? Boy, if I had a nickel for every time that happened.
If you feel the same, then the story of Koichi Shikishima and Noriko Oishi is for you. All they want is to live a fulfilling life and then BAM! Godzilla’s gotta go and blow up an entire freaking city with its heat ray. It’s a tale as old as time.
