"God's grace excites me!"

One pastor said giving from the heart is the same as "sacrificial" giving. Is that a good way to describe it? How would you counsel someone who is committing sexual sin? Would you still tell them they're "once saved, always saved"? What do they need to hear and believe for real change? I'm so excited now, because God's grace is more than awesome!
